Synopsis

Set in Hometown, USA, the narrative reveals 20-something recluse Paul ,deep in his special secret: he's a people-watcher living vicariously through the lives of others.

Retreating behind the lens of his trusty video camera, and personal shield from reality, Paul researches the 'women of his dreams' by using his findings from a series of staged'chance encounters' with targeted women. When a genuine chance encounter with a free-spirited artist named Esoterica provides the spark that ignites his first real life passionate relationship, Paul allows her to change the way he looks at love and life, thereby introducing him to his own potential and inspiring a new-found confidence. Just as soon as their fairy-tale romance begins to sizzle however, Paul discovers that Esoterica has a secret of her own. A quirky, sometimes funny, sometimes haunting psychological drama that is very well acted and structured.
