Three films make up this afternoon program: a bold documentary about the testimony of children in child abuse cases, "Truth and Consequences"; an audio-visual rumination on ecological destruction, "Epitaph"; and the New York premiere of a documentary, called "Rocatterania," about one man's invention of imaginary country.
